Red Ser Fiscal
During Argentina’s 2015 presidential debate, one of the main candidates failed to attend, leaving an empty lectern on national television. Seeing the cultural moment unfold in real time, I captured the image and immediately turned it into an idea: a Twitter account created for the empty lectern itself. What began as a satirical, live commentary during the debate quickly entered the public conversation, gaining traction through timely posts that mirrored the tone, pace, and language of the moment.

Concept, Execution
As attention grew, the project evolved from parody into purpose. The organically earned visibility was redirected toward Red Ser Fiscal, a non-profit organization promoting electoral transparency and civic participation. With no media budget and minimal resources, the action generated press coverage in major national outlets, engagement from influencers and significant reach within a single day. A real-time digital intervention designed, launched and concluded within a narrow cultural window, demonstrating how speed, relevance and earned media can turn a fleeting moment into meaningful impact.
